This mailbox is not monitored in real time and has no operational role. For anything safety-related, use your operator's channels — train control, your supervisor, or 000 in an emergency. Rail Buddy cannot pass a message to train control.

Please do not send operator-restricted or safety-critical information to this mailbox. It is an ordinary email account, not a secure channel.

Rail Buddy is operated by RailBuddy, in South Australia. We are not a rail operator and have no operational role.
